Consultation has concluded

The District Wide Water Supply Pipe Renewals will upgrade and replace the aging water infrastructure at eight sites throughout the district. The project scheduled to run over the next two years (2024/25).

Sites scheduled for work are:

  • Coronation St, Paeroa
  • Thames Rd, Paeroa
  • Rakino Drive, Kerepēhi
  • SH25, Pipiroa
  • Canal St East, Ngātea
  • Opua Rd, Turua
  • Wood St, Paeroa
  • Hauraki Rd, Paeroa

Our contractors, Odlum Group, have been on the job since mid-February and already over 4kms of pipeline has been replaced at three sites.

    • Turua - Main Street Upgrade and Ōrongo to Kopu Bridge
    • Waihī - Haszard and Mueller Streets
    • Kerepēhi - Rata Street
