Raw Water Main Renewal Update - 22 April 2024

Above: The red and blue line is the water main which has been replaced.The majority of the new raw water main from the Pekapeka intake to Kerepēhi Water Treatment Plant (WTP) has been laid.

Our contractors, Camex Civil, have been flat out installing approximately 180m per day.

Work this week will include drilling under State Highway 2.

Next week work will be starting from the highway heading west towards the WTP (the blue dotted line above).
