Officially open for sale - 24 July 2025

On 24th July 2025, Mayor Toby Adams cut the ribbon to officially open the subdivision.

The opening was attended by Councillors for the Plains Ward, Stephen Crooymans and Ray Broad, as well as Council Chief Executive, David Speirs.

Managers and staff from the Project Management Office and other teams were also present.

With 52 sections up for sale, Stage 4 is the final stage of the Ngātea North subdivision. If you are interested in purchasing a section, please contact Ariana (Ariana.Tahere@hauraki-dc.govt.nz).
