The service centre and library project is making great progress, although you won’t see anything happening on site at the moment, there is a lot going on behind the scenes.
Design has been progressing since the working party approved the concept design in June 2024.
We also have some minor work underway in the supper room of the Ngātea War Memorial Hall. We will temporarily use this space for our service centre and library during the construction of the new building.
A Registration of Interest (ROI) will be going out very soon to invite main contractors to express their interest in construction of the new building.
Now for the exciting part.....here's a picture or three of the concept design.....

Thanks to our Works Team the new Motorhome and Caravan Dump Station is now operational.
It is now clear of the new building site and situated on the roadside to the south of the Rugby Clubrooms. Keep an eye out for the signage!
