Stage 4 is the final stage of land development undertaken by Hauraki District Council in the Ngātea North Subdivision.
5.3 ha of land has been developed into 52 lots for construction of residential homes which face north, with views towards the Hauraki Gulf and the Coromandel Peninsula, including the Kaimai Ranges.
All necessary consent applications were granted. Water services, roads, street lighting, power and telecommunications have been designed and installed. The design and construction of the playground - as well as the landscaping - have been completed.

On 24th July 2025, Mayor Toby Adams cut the ribbon to officially open the subdivision.
The opening was attended by Councillors for the Plains Ward, Stephen Crooymans and Ray Broad, as well as Council Chief Executive, David Speirs.
Managers and staff from the Project Management Office and other teams were also present.
With 52 sections up for sale, Stage 4 is the final stage of the Ngātea North subdivision. If you are interested in purchasing a section, please click here.
