Stage 4 is the final stage of land development undertaken by Hauraki District Council in the Ngātea North Subdivision.
5.3 ha of land is being developed into 52 lots for construction of residential homes which face north with views towards the Hauraki Gulf and the Coromandel Peninsula, including the Kaimai Ranges.
Water services, roading detailed design including street lighting, power and telecommunications design have been completed. All necessary consent applications have been granted. Landscape and playground design has been completed.
The subdivision lots should be ready for sale in June/July 2024.

It's been a while since we've had an update on Ngātea North...
Dempsey Wood have finished the infrastructure on site.
The electrical and street lighting work for the development is nearly complete.
Following this we will commence landscaping works to provide a quality community space.

Dempsey Wood Civil Ltd have been flat out at Ngātea North, the drainage has now been completed and they are working on the roading.

The Ngātea North subdivision is progressing well with Dempsey Wood Civil Ltd on track with this project.
At the moment they are part way through installing the sewer network.
Next will be the stormwater network, before they move on to the kerbing and roads, which is when the site will really begin to take shape.

Dempsey Wood Civil Ltd have been engaged to carry out the civil works, including connecting storm water, drinking water and wastewater, power and fibre to the sections.
Work has begun and is likely to be completed by June 2024.
Our contractors will be working between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday; and 8am to 2pm on Saturdays.
